What You Really Get For $70k

Day 4 - June 4th - This bloody RV!!! Its a love/hate relationship at this point. We've had it in for service three times in the last month and the fridge is still running at 60 degrees. Take it to Camping World, they said. We recommend it, they said. Well the recommending stops here. Lol. Anyway, we drove it down to Camping World in St. George this morning and are waiting for good news. Update: Camping World came through...they called the last location that serviced us, got it approved, and fixed the fridge. Woohoo!!! This is also good news because we have spent $100 on ice in the last four days. lol.

In the mean time yesterday, we went to the Red Rocks National Conservation Area, which was beautiful...

After that, we took the doggies over to Quail Creek Reservoir again for some swimming and shade. There were virtually no people there, so the dogs could run unleashed in and out of the water. Eddie chased a stick into the water for about an hour, then crashed and burned.

We picked the RV up in the afternoon, hooked it all back up, and headed out to meet out friend Betsy for sushi in St. George at Kabuto. It was freaking amazing. And a Sapporo to wash it down was just what the doctor ordered. Note: Doweedos for dessert for the win!

Sushi definitely gets a top three spot on my list of favorite foods. I could eat it every day. I'd be broke, but I could eat it every day.

On to Las Vegas tomorrow morning, where we will stay at the Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, which sits right next the Silverton Casino Hotel. Liam flys in tomorrow and will stay there for three nights. Not fishing for Happy Birthdays here, but my 50th is on MONDAY. Crazzzzy!!! We have a big weekend of kookiness planned, including but not limited to dinner at The Top of The World on Sunday night, brunch with drag queens on Sunday, Fremont Street Monday night, and perhaps a burlesque show on Tuesday evening. Good times, People!!!
